Communications Ministry

The role of the Communications Ministry is to guide all facets of communications and public relations to stimulate a nurturing and caring atmosphere within the church family, to ensure members are well informed and the church is appropriately represented and visible in the local community.

To raise public awareness of the Hinsdale Adventist Church – its activities, its members, its mission, and its message – news releases and calendar items are provided to local media, online community news services, and disseminated through social media (Facebook and Twitter). Also, stories are shared with the local and regional Adventist conference for potential publication.

This ministry is responsible for photo coverage of church events as well as the worship media service – providing online downloads (as well as DVDs and CDs) of worship services and key events.

The Communications Ministry is available to assist other team ministries with their photo and communications needs.
